陈新,研究员,研究室主任,现任中国大豆协会常务理事,国家食用豆产业技术体系岗位专家、执行专家组成员,江苏省农作物品种审定委员会大豆专业委员会副主任,江苏省园艺学会常务理事等,省333第3层次第4、第5批培养对象。现任蔬菜研究所副所长,博士后导师,南京农业大学、扬州大学硕士研究生导师。曾任江苏省泗阳县副县长,曾获得国家国际合作奖、省国际合作奖、省科技进步二等奖、三等奖等多个奖项,发表各类论文70多篇(包括英文文章10余篇),主编各类著作3部。
