付行政,男,1983年生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。20116月毕业于华中农业大学,获果树学博士学位;2014.06-2015.06,受国家留学基金委资助在荷兰瓦赫宁根大学开展博士后研究。目前主持有国家自然科学基金,重庆市基础与前沿研究项目,中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目等,在《PLoS ONE》、《BMC Plant Biology》、《Environmental and Experimental Botany》、《BioMed Research International》等杂志发表SCI论文10余篇,博士学位论文“农杆菌介导的MdSPDS1AhBADHPtrICE1基因转化柑橘及转基因植株抗性机理研究” 2012年湖北省优秀博士学位论文。

 

主要研究(招生)方向:

果树(柑橘)营养生理与分子生物学。利用转录组、代谢组、蛋白组等手段,解析柑橘缺素(缺锌、缺铁)或营养过量(铜毒害、锰毒害)的调控机制,克隆关键基因并进行功能验证。

 

发明专利:一种柑橘叶面锌肥及其制备方法和使用方法(专利号:ZL201310124991.X,授权日期:2015-05-20)
